The vessel is capable of high‑speed operation, but our sightseeing tours run at comfortable speeds (10–20 knots) and are not a thrill ride.

The boat can reach 25–26 knots, but tours typically operate at 10–20 knots (12–23 mph) for comfort and safety.

I’m pregnant — can I ride?

Harlem Rocket is not a thrill ride, but pregnant guests should use their best judgment based on their comfort and condition.

I have a back or neck issue — can I ride?

The ride is generally smooth, but guests with back or neck concerns should consider their condition before riding.

I get motion sickness — what should I do?

Guests prone to motion sickness should take precautions before boarding.

Is the boat wheelchair accessible?

No. Due to the vessel’s layout, all guests must be able to board unassisted. Strollers are not permitted.

Will I get wet? What should I wear?

Light spray is possible depending on wind and sea conditions. Dress casually or purchase a poncho at the pier.

Is there an age or height requirement?

Minimum height: 40″ (102 cm). Children must be able to sit independently.

Can I bring food or drinks?

Packaged snacks and covered beverages only.

Can I bring personal items?

Backpacks and purses are allowed. No luggage or large items.

Where can I park?

Paid parking is available on Marginal Street between 124th–125th. Metered street parking is nearby.

How early should I arrive?

Arrive 30 minutes before departure and complete your waiver online in advance.

What if I’m running late?

Call 404‑444‑9031 before departure to reschedule. If the boat has already left, no refunds or rescheduling are available.

What happens if it rains?

If we cancel due to weather, you may reschedule or receive a refund. If the tour operates, refunds are not available.

I bought tickets through a third‑party — who handles refunds?

Refunds must be processed directly with the third‑party seller.

Can I reserve a specific seat?

All reservations guarantee a seat. Express Boarding (additional fee) lets you board early and choose your preferred seat.

Do I need to wear a life jacket?

Life jackets are onboard and accessible but not required during the tour.

Are service animals allowed?

Yes — service animals on a leash are welcome.
